This program will be our help file for version 2. At this time, it is our goal-list. It displays the syntax we plan to implement on some NPK commands, and it says that we are trying to code for portability. That's true. We are trying to learn everythig we can to increase our code's portability.
 
We have compiled this help file on four x86 platforms (those we can use at this time): BeOS, DOS/win, Linux and QNX. However, you certainly may compile it on almost any C-enabled platform, as it uses only ANSY/POSIX features (we guess).
